1. If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by telephone on 028 3833 1204 or email us at: customerservice@abodedesignstudios.co.uk
before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason (see exceptions in clause 4) at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3. A full refund will be given when the furniture has been received back at our warehouse and inspected to ensure it is in resaleable condition.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
In the event that the product has been damaged or mistreated.
To any products that have been "made to order" specifically for you. In this case we will charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the purchase price.
The following products cannot be refunded, for hygiene reasons: Mattresses.
5. Before ordering large pieces of furniture please make sure that the dimensions of the ordered product(s) will allow the delivery to the delivery address (including doors, corridors/halls, staircases and corners) and the proposed location (e.g. living room or bedroom). To be sure that we successfully can deliver, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £90 to cover the return shipping cost.
The provisions above do not affect your statutory rights.
